The firm was established in 1976 . We are a full service law firm with greater emphasis in the practice of real estate, commercial and criminal litigation. Toh Tan LLP (LL0800318W) is registered in Singapore under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Chapter 163A) with limited liability. It was converted from a firm (with the name of ¡°Toh Tan & Partners¡±) to a limited liability partnership with effect from 17 March 2008.
LAWYERS & SUPPORT STAFF
We currently have 8 lawyers who are all senior practitioners averaging 20 years in practice. Our lawyers are supported by 18 staff members, 5 of whom have been with the firm for more than 20 years.
CLIENTS
We service a number of institutional clients. We are on the Central Provident Fund Board¡¯s panel of solicitors and also act for most banks and finance companies in Singapore.

For the protection of our clients we are covered for an amount of $16 million in excess of The Law Society Compulsory Scheme¡¯s limit of $1 million by QBE Insurance (International) Ltd. First Capital Insurance Ltd. Lloyds
